• Standard Service Call: $120 per service call (minimum 1 hour)

• Emergency Service: $180 per hour, plus parts. Emergency is defined as outside of standard business hours Monday-Saturday 7 am to 7 pm.

• All prices are plus tax.

• All repairs include our 1 year warranty this is void if we do not perform the winterizing. If repair to warranty work is needed during the same season prior to winterizing it falls under the warranty.

We make it simple and transparent: all service calls start at $120, which includes the first hour of labor. Scheduling a full system audit first is the best way to catch all issues at once while keeping your work under the one service call charge.

For additional repairs or larger projects—like a complete system rebuild or a new installation—a one-time $120 service charge applies, then labor is billed at $120 per hour (1-hour minimum), plus parts, unless a full repair or installation estimate is approved upfront. Sometimes when one repair is made it can increase the pressure and find other problems. If this happens we will go over the cost for that repair.

We test each zone, check the timer/controller, inspect valves for leaks, review pressure and coverage, and identify inefficiencies or hidden issues costing you water and money. You’ll receive a written report with clear recommendations and flat-rate repair options—no pressure, no surprises.

If we have already performed a system audit, our repair pricing follows the rates below. If we are called for a repair only, without a prior audit, there is a $120 service charge (minimum 1 hour).

• Minor sprinkler repairs, such as replacing sprinkler heads, typically range from $50–$100 per head, depending on the type and location. If significant repairs are needed—such as broken pipes requiring excavation—additional costs may apply. We will review the issue with you first, explain the repair, and provide pricing before any work begins. No surprises—ever.

• Valve Repair & Replacement (Per Valve)
  Standard sprinkler valve replacement ranges from $150–$175 per valve, depending on access and configuration. Larger-diameter valves—typically for 1.5″–3″ lines or scrubber-style valves—can range from $500–$600 per valve, based on valve cost and labor. If extensive excavation is required, additional labor is billed at $120 per hour. All work and pricing are reviewed and approved with you before repairs begin—no surprises.

• Sprinkler Timer/Controller Replacement – Flat-Rate Pricing

  • Labor/Installation: Minimum 1 hour at $120 , most timer replacements are completed within 1–2 hours.

  • Timer Cost: $75–$350 for standard controllers; $140–$300+ for smart or Wi‑Fi controllers, depending on brand and number of zones.

  • Includes: Full programming of the controller and testing of each zone to ensure your system runs efficiently.

  • If timer is being repaired based on an audit or other service call then we will discount to 100 hour with the one hour minimum.

  All work is reviewed and approved with you before installation—no surprises. You’ll know your total cost upfront before we start.

• Sprinkler Leak Detection & Diagnosis – Flat-Rate Pricing

  • Labor: Minimum 1 hour at $120, includes full inspection of your system.

  • Typical Cost: $150–$400 for standard residential systems, depending on complexity and access. Major repairs or rebuilds will be quoted separately.

  • Includes: Complete leak detection, system diagnosis, and a written report with recommended repairs.

• Main Irrigation & Drain Valves
  Main irrigation valves and drain valves often require extensive digging. These repairs are billed at $120 per hour (1-hour minimum) plus parts, with parts typically ranging from $200–$250 depending on the size of the pipes and complexity. All work and costs are reviewed and approved with you before repairs begin—no surprises.

  • Additional Zones: $15 per zone over 5
