  • Sod is pre-grown grass that’s rolled out onto your yard, giving you an instant green lawn with quicker results and fewer weeds. Seed is more affordable but takes several weeks to grow, requires more watering, and needs time to fill in. Sod costs more but offers immediate curb appeal; seed costs less but requires patience.

  • We haul away all debris and dispose of it correctly. Responsible disposal is a priority in every job we do.

  • A new irrigation system usually ranges from $3,000 to $8,000, depending on yard size and how many zones you need. We offer free estimates for accurate pricing.

  • Yes—automatic sprinkler systems are designed to use water more efficiently than manual watering. Features like timers, smart controllers, and proper zoning help prevent overwatering, reduce runoff, and ensure your yard only gets what it needs. Many customers see lower water bills, especially during the warmer months.

  • Most lawns benefit from watering a few times per week with each zone running 10–20 minutes, but the exact schedule depends on your soil, grass type, and weather. Running your system early in the morning helps reduce evaporation and gives you the most efficient watering.

Because these needs change throughout the year, we offer a Seasonal Sprinkler System Maintenance Program. We handle everything—spring startup, mid-season adjustments, leak checks, clogged nozzle fixes, and fall shutoff. This keeps your system running efficiently and prevents costly repairs.

  • Your irrigation system needs seasonal adjustments to run efficiently all year. This includes spring startup, checking for leaks, cleaning or replacing clogged nozzles, adjusting sprinkler heads, setting the proper watering schedule, and preparing the system for winter.

Our Seasonal Maintenance Program handles all of this for you. We make sure your system runs at peak efficiency, reduces water waste, and helps prevent expensive repairs.

  • A blank controller usually means a power or internal failure. If basic resets don’t work, we can help. We handle controller diagnostics, timer programming, new installations, and smart timer upgrades.

  • Absolutely. We service and repair all irrigation systems, regardless of who installed them. Our team is skilled at finding problems fast, fixing wiring issues, repairing valves and heads, and replacing old or malfunctioning sprinkler timers/controllers. If your system needs an upgrade, we can install a new, reliable, and easy-to-use controller.

  • Repair time varies based on how severe the damage is and where it’s located. A simple broken sprinkler head usually takes 30 minutes to an hour, while leaks that are underground, under roots, or in hard-to-reach areas may take longer. We always diagnose the issue first so you know exactly what to expect.

  • You’ll have a dedicated on-site supervisor, and we’ll introduce you to them before the project starts so you know exactly who to reach out to. The owner is also involved and available if you ever need to speak with them directly.

  • Most sprinkler systems run best 10–20 minutes per zone, about 2–4 times per week, depending on the season.
And if you're not sure how to set it, we can handle it for you—our Seasonal Maintenance Program includes adjusting your timer throughout the year so your lawn gets the right amount of water for every season.

  • In the Four Corners region, irrigation failures often come from hard water mineral buildup, freezing damage, leaks from aging piping, and incorrect water pressure. Hard water can clog heads and valves, while freezing temperatures can break lines and backflow devices if the system isn’t properly shut down.
Our team provides professional winterizing services to protect your system during the cold months and prevent costly repairs.

  • Absolutely. Low or high pressure often means there’s a leak, clogged head, damaged valve, or a pressure regulator that needs adjustment. We can run a full system evaluation, test the pressure, and identify exactly what’s causing the problem.
To prevent these issues long-term, our Maintenance Program provides routine checkups, seasonal adjustments, and early detection of pressure problems—saving you water, money, and repairs.

  • A Smart Controller is an advanced irrigation timer that uses real-time weather data, seasonal adjustments, and zone-specific settings to water your yard efficiently. In dry climates, they’re especially valuable because they reduce water waste, prevent overwatering, and help your landscaping stay healthy even during heat waves.
We install and program all top brands, including Rain Bird, Hunter, and Rachio, and we can recommend the best option for your property.
