Warranty Information

At Priddy Landscaping & Irrigation, we stand behind the quality of our work.
All warranties listed below cover workmanship only and are valid for one year from the date of service unless otherwise stated.

To keep your warranty active, your system must be maintained and winterized by our company.
Damage caused by weather, pets, vehicles, or outside interference is not covered.

If you ever have an issue, please contact Chad first so we can take care of it quickly.

Irrigation Repair Warranty

All irrigation repairs include a 1-year workmanship warranty.

Not covered / Warranty Void if:

  • System is not winterized by us

  • There is visible freeze damage

  • Damage is caused by vehicles or outside impact

Timer Replacement Warranty

All timers we install are warrantied for 1 year.

Not covered:

  • Lightning strikes

  • Power surges or electrical issues within the home

  • Misuse, tampering, or adjustments by others

Valve Replacement Warranty

Valve replacements include a 1-year workmanship warranty.

Not covered / Warranty Void if:

  • System is not winterized by us

  • Visible freeze damage

  • Damage from vehicles or outside impact

Sprinkler Replacement Warranty

Sprinkler replacements include a 1-year workmanship warranty.

Not covered / Warranty Void if:

  • System is not winterized by us

  • Visible freeze damage

  • Damage caused by vehicles, pets, or outside forces

Sod Installation Warranty

Sod installations include a 1-year warranty, as long as the irrigation settings remain exactly as we left them.

Warranty Void if:

  • Sprinklers or timer settings are changed by the homeowner or another company

  • Damage is caused by animals or animal urine

  • Damage is caused by vehicles

  • Natural disasters such as flooding or extreme drought restrictions

If sprinkler adjustments are needed at any time, call us first.
If you notice any issues with your sod, contact us right away so we can help.

Gravel Installation Warranty

Gravel installations include a 1-year workmanship warranty.

Not covered:

  • Damage from vehicles or equipment after installation

  • Natural disasters, including flooding

Mulch Installation Warranty

Mulch installations include a 1-year workmanship warranty.

Not covered:

  • Pet damage

  • Vehicle or equipment damage after installation

  • Natural disasters, including flooding

Swamp Cooler Warranty

Swamp cooler installations and repairs include a 1-year warranty covering both workmanship and parts. This warranty applies only to the work performed and parts supplied by Priddy Landscaping & Irrigation. Damage caused by lack of maintenance, weather-related issues, electrical problems, or modifications by others is not covered. If you experience any issues with your swamp cooler, please contact us so we can inspect and resolve the problem promptly.
